I have a holistic approach.
As an ICF Certified Integration Coach and Psychological Associate (94029615) supervised under Dr. Stephen Trichter (PSY 22166), I believe transformation isn’t about fixing or changing ourselves, but about understanding and integrating the parts of us we may feel ashamed of, frustrated by, or disconnected from. We can’t transform until we first respect the protective systems our minds and bodies developed to help us survive.
Integration means to “make whole” which involves building awareness practices, learning to trust our intuition, and having the courage to embrace our next evolution of ourselves in the face of stress and uncertainty. Psychedelic experiences and relational transitions are ripe opportunities to build our integrative tool belts because it’s where our vulnerable parts usually come to the surface and can be worked with.
I work well with people who feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in painful relational patterns despite trying everything.
Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, identity shifts, grief, ADHD, or the impact of addiction, inconsistency, or emotional volatility in their relationships and family systems.
My holistic approach integrates neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic (meaning body) practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we build awareness of patterns, cultivate self-compassion, slow down automatic reactions, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for self-regulation so you can feel more grounded, connected, and intentional in your life and relationships.
Our identities, relationships, culture, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world. My own life has included experiences with grief, addiction, estrangement, anxiety, and nontraditional relationships, all of which inform the compassion and humility I bring to this work. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and welcome in their full complexity.

How I Work
Guiding Elements
Mind + Body Integration
Healing is not only an intellectual process. I integrate neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to help clients develop awareness of how thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences interact.
Parts Informed Work
I draw from parts-work informed approaches that help us understand the different protective strategies within us with curiosity and compassion.
Values + Meaning
I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and integral coaching principles to help clients reconnect with their values and take meaningful action from a place of self-trust rather than self-criticism.
