For people outside California who want support navigating change, relationships, self-understanding, and patterns that no longer serve them.
Together, we’ll slow down enough to notice what’s happening beneath your habitual responses, develop greater self-trust and self-compassion, and create more choice in how you move through life.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental-health treatment.

Remote Psychological Associate Services — California
I offer sliding-scale psychological services to adults in California as I work toward my doctoral degree and psychologist licensure.
I am a Registered Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology and practice under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Trichter (PSY 22166).
Sessions are currently offered remotely, with limited in-person availability upon request.
In Person Psychological Associate Services — San Rafael (1:1 and Group)
I also provide in-person services through a nonprofit organization offering accessible mental health services in San Rafael.
