I have a holistic approach to coaching.

As an ICF Certified Integration Coach and Psychedelic Guide, I consider the whole human including their culture and the meta-narratives that have greatly shaped them. I believe transformation isn’t about fixing or changing but integrating the vulnerable parts that have been fractured from our intuitive self.

Integration means to “make whole” which involves building awareness practices, learning to trust our intuition, and having the courage to embrace our next evolution of ourselves in the face of stress and uncertainty. Psychedelic experiences and relational transitions are ripe opportunities to build our integrative tool belts because it’s where our vulnerable parts usually come to the surface and can be worked with.

I balance the latest in neuroscience with the wisdom of Buddhist philosophy and am deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Work. Compassion, somatics, mindfulness and meditation are core pillars in my work. I also have a background in workplace culture and have coached hundreds of leaders in tech around human-centered leadership.

I am a white, able-bodied, bisexual woman from a lower-middle-class background and a proud public school alum. I practice ethical non-monogamy. I’ve experienced great loss in my life from death to estrangement to addiction. I am committed to owning my own privilege and continuing my lifelong journey of allyship.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy Peak Experience

Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic, it’s a pain reliever, it offers dream-like, euphoric states, and is known to support people in observing themselves thinking. The latter is one reason ketamine is an amazing integrative tool. We will leverage this medicine in small doses to temporarily dissociate from rumination, worries, and/or obsessive thinking so we can access a more spacious mind and work with parts of ourselves that have been previously cut off.

Recommended Length:

4-6 sessions recommended by your psychiatrist.

*Only available for those doing remote coaching or coaching & hiking packages.

Step 1: Psychiatric Evaluation

  • Meet with a psychiatrist for an online evaluation and receive prescription (lozenges). Referrals available. Not included in the cost of my services. If you’d prefer IV or IM there are clinics in most areas including Reno, Truckee, and South Lake Tahoe.

Step 2: Preparation Sessions

  • Once we have done some standard 1:1 coaching and decide to add in a Ketamine experience we will focus 1-3 sessions on preparation depending on need.

Step 3: Ketamine Sessions (4-6 sessions)

Step 4: Integration Sessions

  • After each Ketamine session we will participate in a corresponding integration session. We can continue with more integration sessions as needed, return to standard coaching sessions, or complete the experience- the choice is yours.
  • I also host low-fee monthly group integration sessions in Truckee, CA.

Guiding Elements of my Practice

Integral Coaching

I am trained and certified in Integral Coaching from the New Ventures West coaching school. It is a holistic model that considers the three intelligence centers, the head, the heart, and the body. Integral coaching is about deepening in ways of being and less about skill building.

Somatics

Somatics relate to uncovering the body’s wisdom. Integration has so much to do with developing a relationship with our body for example, simply understanding what an “F-yes” is and what an “F-no” is through our sensations. In our sessions, we may slow down and uncover your bodily wisdom and intuitive sense.

Nervous System Regulation

I hold a Biofeedback Certification from Stens Corporation that I received when I was coaching for an HRV (Heart Rate Variability) biofeedback company. This lens informs how I integrate nervous system regulation practices, like breath work, into my coaching specifically around stress and anxiety management.

Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging

I have a background in workplace culture where I support organizations to create more inclusive, psychologically safe teams. I am also committed to owning my own privilege and continuing my lifelong journey of allyship.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I have studied IFS and it has had a profound impact on my personal healing journey. IFS is a methodology rooted in the idea that we have multiple parts or personalities. The goal here is to build relationships with these various parts through compassion and acceptance so that we stop self-sabotaging and start living in more alignment with our core values.

Enneagram

The Enneagram is not your average personality typing framework. It is rooted in your basic fears and basic motivations given your childhood strategies to getting your needs met. It is not so much a box to put you in, it is a box with a window that you are able to climb out of if you so choose. I leverage the Enneagram with some clients who request it as a starting off point to encourage self-reflection.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Building the skill of having an awareness of your current mindset is the first step to transformation. Mindfulness and meditation help to cultivate the observer within you so that you have more control of your thoughts and feelings and can operate from choice rather than automatic reactions. If this is a practice you wish to sharpen we can do so in approachable ways within our sessions.

Goal Setting

I am a Certified OKR (Objectives and Key Results) coach which is a goal-setting methodology that informs how I support my clients to build new habits in a compassionate way anchored to purpose. While I like to keep the concept of "productivity" out of the self unfoldment journey, I do find it important to commit to an intention and stay on the same page within our partnership through goal setting.
